It's completely normal for your label order to arrive on multiple rolls. By default, StickerGiant produces and finishes label orders in the most efficient way possible to keep production moving quickly and get your order to you as fast as possible. Depending on your label size, quantity, and production schedule, that may mean your order is split across several smaller rolls instead of one large roll.
Receiving several smaller rolls does not affect the quality, quantity, or order accuracy; it's simply part of our standard manufacturing process.
If your application requires a specific roll quantity, you can request a custom roll configuration when placing your order.
How to Request Fewer Rolls
If you'd like your labels finished on fewer rolls—or even a single roll—you can let us know when placing your order.
Simply add your request in the “Special Instructions” box before submitting your order.
Learn more here: How Do I Add Special Requests To My Order?
Common requests include:
- "All labels on one roll."
- "Minimum number of rolls possible."
- "Please package as 5 rolls of 250 labels each."
- "250 labels per roll."
**Minimum custom roll quantity: 125 labels per roll
Ordering Labels for Automatic Label Applicators?
If you're using an automatic labeling machine, specifying your preferred roll quantity can help streamline your production process. You may also want to include additional instructions, such as:
- Roll quantity
- Rewind direction
- Any machine-specific requirements
Providing these details upfront helps ensure your labels arrive ready for your application process.
Reordering Labels with Custom Roll Quantities
Please note that Special Instructions are not automatically carried over when reordering a previous item.
If your original order included a custom roll configuration, you'll need to place the order as a new order and enter your roll quantity request again in the “Special Instructions” box.
