When you order Custom Labels or Kiss Cut Stickers from StickerGiant, you can choose a custom roll quantity to control how your order is divided between rolls. Select your preferred quantity per roll or number of rolls under “Advanced Options” when building your order. A small fee applies to custom roll quantities, and this option is not available with Rush Printing.
How do I choose my roll quantity?
When you're ordering Labels or Kiss Cut Stickers:
- Choose your product, size, material, and total order quantity.
- Open the “Advanced Options” dropdown.
- Find the available roll quantity options.
- Select the number of rolls or quantity per roll that works for your application.
- Complete your order.
The available options show both the number of rolls and items per roll, making it easier to choose the configuration you need.
If you change your total order quantity in the cart, your previously selected roll quantity will reset to the default. You'll see a notice asking you to confirm your roll quantity selection again.
What happens if I don't choose a custom roll quantity?
If you don't select a custom roll quantity option, your order will arrive with StickerGiant's default roll configuration based on the total quantity you're ordering.
Can I change the roll quantity when I reorder?
Yes! For orders that already have a roll quantity selection, you will be able to update this in your cart.
Reorder Roll Quantity selections cannot be changed from “number of rolls” to “label per roll”. If you need to change this selection, you will need to submit a new item.
Can I use custom roll quantities with Rush Printing?
No. Custom roll quantity requests use standard 3-5 business day turnaround after proof approval and aren't available with Rush Printing. If an item with a custom roll quantity is already in your cart, the Rush Printing option won't appear at checkout.
