The possibilities with holographic material are endless, and your options for customization are nearly limitless. To make sure your sticker looks exactly how you imagined, we offer a few simple ways to decide what should shine with holographic effects and what should remain solid with ink coverage.

Option A: All file types can be used for this option; simply leave a note in the "Special Instructions" section requesting a holographic border. 

Option B: A vector file or a raster file with a transparent background is recommended for this option. Our Art Team may be able to work with a fully rasterized file, depending on the design. Please leave a note in the "Special Instructions" section requesting a holographic border and/or background. 

Option C: A vector file or a raster file with a transparent background is recommended for this option. Our Art Team may be able to work with a fully rasterized file, depending on the design. Please leave a note in the "Special Instructions" section letting our Art Team know which colors or specific areas you would like holographic. 

Option D: For all-over holographic, we recommend that your design have high contrast in color. All file types can be used for this option; simply leave a note in the "Special Instructions" section requesting all over holographic. 

Using the Special Instructions Box

When ordering, use the Special Instructions box to tell our Art Team which parts of your design you’d like to be holographic. A few examples include:

• “Make the background holographic.”

• “Holographic border only”

• “Leave the logo holographic, but add white behind the tex.t”

For more detailed requests, our team will build a white backup layer on your proof. This layer shows which areas will print with ink (solid) and which areas will stay holographic. Our holographic material will show through all lighter-colored inks, like stained glass. If you want solid bright colors, have small text, a barcode, or QR code, we recommend adding a base layer of white ink to block out the holographic material.
