StickerGiant's Graphic Production Artists (commonly known as the Art Team) are talented and proffessional artists who make sure every sticker and label looks amazing. While we don’t offer full design services, we provide free artwork setup to ensure your file is print-ready and optimized for the best possible results.
That means we’ll check your artwork, fix any setup issues, and prepare it for printing—but we can’t create or recreate designs from scratch, and we can't make edits to your specific design. We’re also unable to work from photos of drawings, scanned images, or pictures of artwork.
If you already have your design ready, send us your print-ready file, and our team will handle the rest.
What Does Free Artwork Setup Include?
Free artwork setup is a complimentary service included with every StickerGiant order. Our team reviews and prepares your file so it’s ready for production—no proofing fees, no guesswork.
Here’s what’s included:
File adjustments: We’ll size your design to match your requested sticker or label dimensions. If proportions are wildly different from the file provided, we'll reach out to double-check what you are looking for prior to proofing. Learn about proportions here.
Bleed and cut line setup: If possible, we’ll add the correct bleed and cut line to ensure your design prints edge-to-edge.* Learn more about bleed here!
Resolution and format check: Our artists verify that your file is in the right format and high enough resolution for crisp, clean printing.
Proofing: You’ll receive a digital proof showing how your final product will look before we start printing. Here's what will be included on your proof each time!
Our goal is to make your artwork look great and print flawlessly, all without any extra effort on your part.
*Certain designs or file types may be too complex for our team to adequately add bleed. In those scenarios, we will either add a white border or reach out to you with a template file to add the necessary bleed.
What Our Art Team Can’t Do
To keep our process efficient and your order moving quickly, there are a few things our team can’t do:
Create or redesign logos or artwork from scratch
Rebuild or trace low-resolution images
Use photos of drawings, scans, or screenshots to create stickers or labels
Add intricate or details text or other design elements to your file.
However, if you have your design already created and saved in the right format, we’ll make sure it’s perfectly prepared for print.
What Counts as Print-Ready Artwork?
“Print-ready” means your file can move straight into production without major edits. To be considered print-ready, your design should:
Be a vector file or high-resolution raster image (300 dpi or higher)
Match your chosen sticker or label size and shape
Include bleed and safe margins
Be set to CMYK color mode for accurate printing
Accepted file types include .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, or .PNG.
If you’re not sure your file meets these requirements, no worries—our Art Team will review and adjust it as part of your free artwork setup.
