You are able to upgrade your shipping method or change your shipping address after placing a StickerGiant order only before your order reaches the "Cutting" stage of production. You can’t make these shipping changes yourself, so you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to see if your order can still be updated. 

How do I change shipping after placing an order? 

If you need to upgrade shipping or change the shipping address on a current order, contact StickerGiant Customer Service. 

Our team will check your order’s production status and determine whether the change can still be made.

Shipping changes are only possible through the "Cutting" stage. Once your order is past that stage, we are unable to make shipping changes. 

If you’re upgrading to a faster shipping method,  we’ll send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost. We cannot upgrade the shipping until the invoice has been paid. 

When is it too late to change shipping? 

Once your order reaches the "Quality Check and Finishing" stage, it has already been  boxed for shipping. At that point, we can no longer: 

• Change the shipping method 
• Upgrade to faster shipping 
• Change the shipping address 

Because orders move through production quickly, contact Customer Service as soon as you know you need a change.
