Yes, you can request to cancel your StickerGiant order before you approve your proof. Orders cannot be canceled in your StickerGiant account, so you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team to request the cancellation. Once you approve your proof, we can’t cancel your order because it moves forward in the printing process.

How do I cancel my order?

Can I cancel after approving my proof? 

Orders can’t be canceled after proof approval. 

Every artwork file is reviewed before printing, and you’ll receive a digital proof to approve. Your proof is an important checkpoint because production begins immediately after proof approval. 

Before approving, review your proof carefully and make sure you’re ready for your order to print. 

What if I accidentally approved my proof? 

We typically can’t cancel an order after proof approval, but our team can check the status of your order to see if there’s anything we can do to help. The sooner you contact us, the better chance our team will have to review your options!
