Understanding Account Consolidation at StickerGiant
At this time, we’re not able to combine or consolidate orders between separate StickerGiant accounts. Each account stores order details and artwork individually for security and tracking purposes.
If you need to reorder an item that was originally placed using a different account, our team can help. Simply provide one of the following details so we can locate your previous artwork and order specs:
- Original order number
- Item number
- Email address used for the previous order
Once located, we can either send the artwork file to you to reorder with your preferred account or we can add the item directly to your cart for easy checkout.
How to Change the Email Address on Your Account
Is someone else in your company now in charge of your sticker or label ordering? Not a problem! You can change the email address on your account to reflect the primary email address used for ordering.
To change your email address:
- Log in to your StickerGiant account.
- Go to the “My Account” page.

Select Edit under the Account Information section.

Check the box labeled “Change Email.”
- Enter your new email address and save your changes.
This update will help keep all future orders organized in one place.
