Why Did My Stickers Arrive in Bags Instead of Shrink Wrapped?

Understanding Why Small Stickers Are Bagged

When ordering small stickers (typically 1 inch and under), you may notice that they arrive bagged instead of shrink-wrapped. This is completely normal and part of our standard sticker finishing process. Due to the small size and shape of these stickers, it can be difficult to shrink-wrap them efficiently in smaller stacks.

Instead, we package them in bags of up to 1,000 for protection and convenience. This ensures that your stickers remain organized, clean, and ready for use without compromising quality or presentation.

How Packaging Is Determined

StickerGiant’s Production Team carefully chooses the best packaging method for your order based on sticker size, shape, and quantity.

  • Stickers larger than 1 inch are typically shrink-wrapped in stacks of 200 for easy counting and handling.
  • Stickers 1 inch and smaller are packaged in bags because their small surface area can make shrink wrapping difficult.
  • Odd shapes or delicate cuts may also be bagged to prevent bending or damage during sealing.

This process helps maintain product quality and ensures your stickers arrive safely.

What to Expect When Receiving Your Stickers

If your small stickers arrive in bags of 1,000, rest assured, they were packaged with care. Every batch goes through a quality check before sealing, and the same durable materials and finishing standards apply whether they’re bagged or shrink-wrapped.
