Why Did My Labels Arrive on So Many Small Rolls instead of All on One Roll?

We know it can be surprising when your label order arrives split into several smaller rolls instead of one large roll. By default, our prepress and manufacturing teams process orders in the fastest and most efficient way possible. This ensures you receive your order quickly, but it can mean your labels are finished on multiple rolls.

If you need your labels on fewer rolls—or even all on one roll—you can request that during the ordering process through the Special Instructions field.

How to Request Fewer Rolls

If your project requires labels on fewer rolls, you can make that request when building your order. Simply use the “Special Instructions” box to let our team know your needs.

For example, write:

  • “All on one roll”
  • “Minimum amount of rolls possible”
  • “5 rolls of 250”

Our production team will then route your order to our rewind department to finish it as you requested.

*Minimum roll size: Custom roll amounts are available starting at 125 labels per roll.

Roll Requests for Reorder Items

At this time, notes do not transfer to reorder items. If you have a specific roll quantity request, you will need to enter the item as a new item to add the request to the “Special Instructions” box.
