Website Navigation

Q: How do I find the stickers or labels I want on your website?
A: On the homepage, select either Stickers or Labels. From there, our product configurator lets you customize material, shape, size, quantity, and more.

Q: I know the exact product I want. How can I find it quickly?
A: Use the top menu bar to select your specific product directly.

Q: Can I search for products instead of browsing categories?
A: Yes! Our search bar helps you locate the best product for your needs. For broader process questions, check out our Help Center for detailed guidance.

Artwork Setup

Q: What file formats does StickerGiant accept?
A: We accept PDF, AI, PSD, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files (300 dpi or higher).

Q: Are there specific artwork requirements I should follow?
A: Yes. Include a 1/8" bleed and keep important design elements at least 1/8" inside the cutline. Also, convert all fonts to outlines.

Submitting Your Artwork

Q: How do I submit my artwork to StickerGiant?
A: Select your product and customize your specifications in the configurator. Then, click Upload Artwork before checkout, or email your files after purchase.

Q: How do I approve my design?
A: Once uploaded, our art team will review and proof your artwork. Once received, review your digital proof from StickerGiant and approve it to proceed with production.

Q: How can I get a custom quote for my order?
A: The best way to determine pricing is to build out the order exactly to spec on the website. Our Customer Service team would be happy to provide pricing and a cart for you to use to check out as well.
