After placing your order for Backprinted Stickers, our team makes sure everything is set up for success.
You’ll be contacted by Customer Service to confirm artwork details, receive a proof showing both sides of your design, and then your order will move into production. Standard production time is 7-10 business days, and rush printing is not available for backprinting.
Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
Customer Service Confirmation
Once your Backprinted Sticker order is submitted, our Customer Service Team will reach out to:
- Confirm we’ve received both your front and back images, as well as confirm which design is meant to be on which side.
- Ask if you’d like a pull tab or carrier sheet included
- Clarify any other important details before proofing begins
This ensures your stickers match your vision. If your art files are set up correctly, with an obvious front design and back design—which can mean they are labeled, or the art indicates which side is which—our customer service team may pass the file on to our artists without contacting you first.
Reviewing Your Proof
Your proof will be provided as a single PDF showing both images:
- The front design
- The back design
Be sure to carefully review both sides of your proof to catch any errors before production begins. Approving the proof moves your order into production.
Production Timeline
Backprinted Sticker orders require a bit more setup than standard stickers:
- Standard production time: 7-10 business days, longer than our standard Die Cut Stickers due to the increased production time needed to print on both sides.
- Rush printing: Not available for Backprinted Stickers
This timeframe ensures both sides of your design are printed clearly and accurately.
Shipping & Confirmation
Once your order is finished, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order journey.
