Revisions or change requests can only be made before you approve your proof. Once a proof is approved, no changes or cancellations can be made. If something looks off on your proof and you need to request a change, open your proof link from the email we sent you and select “Request Changes”. Be sure to include detailed notes about what needs updated. In some cases, we may be able to make the adjustment to your current order, but depending on the change needed, Customer Service may need to cancel and replace or refund your order for the change to be possible.
What Changes Can Be Made Without Canceling an Order
Some updates don’t require canceling and starting over. These include:
Size or shape adjustments
Rewind position updates
Artwork edits
Finishing changes (on rolls, or on rolls with perforations)
Shipping information updates
If you’ve already submitted a revision and your order is in process with our Art Team, email support@stickergiant.com with your requested change. Be sure to include the Item # from your order to help us locate it quickly.
When a Cancelation and New Order Are Required
Certain changes require canceling the current order and placing a new one. These include updates to:
Quantity
Material (glow, glitter, holographic, clear, etc.)
Adhesive type (front or back adhesive - specific to clear stickers)
If the change does not affect your order total, Customer Service will replace the order for you. If the change results in a price increase, we’ll refund your original order and send you an invoice for the new one. Payment must be completed before production can continue.
