If you need to make changes to your StickerGiant order after checkout, revisions can only be requested before you approve your proof. Once a proof has been approved, production begins, and no additional changes or cancellations can be made.
Requesting Changes Before Proof Approval
Before approving your proof, you can submit revision requests directly through your proof link.
- Open the proof email for your order.
- Select Request Changes.
- Enter detailed instructions about the updates you'd like made.
- Submit your request for review.
Our team will evaluate the change and determine whether it can be updated on your existing order or if a replacement order is required.
What Changes Can Be Made Without Canceling an Order?
Some adjustments can typically be made without canceling and replacing your order, including:
- Size or shape adjustments
- Rewind position updates
- Artwork edits
- Shipping information updates
To request changes on your order before you have received your proof, email support@stickergiant.com and let us know what you would like changed! Our Customer Service Team can relay this information to our Art Team.
When a Cancellation and New Order Are Required
Some order changes require canceling the current order and creating a new one. These include changes to:
- Quantity
- Material type (Clear, Holographic, Glitter, Glow-in-the-dark, etc.)
- Adhesive type (front adhesive or back adhesive for Clear Stickers)
If the requested change does not affect the order total, our Customer Service team may be able to replace the order for you internally.
If the change results in a price increase, we'll refund the original order and create a new cart for you with the updated order information. You will then need to submit and pay for the new order.
