What Are Clear Labels?

Clear Labels provide a transparent, no-label appearance that allows your product to shine through. Made from durable, water- and oil-resistant BOPP material, they're perfect for bottles, jars, and containers. Available in glossy or matte finishes, these labels are finished on rolls for easy application.

Glossy Laminate: Provides a crisp, transparent appearance.
Matte Laminate: Offers a frosted glass effect for a subtle, elegant look.

Material Thickness

Printed on clear BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), a durable film known for its resistance to water, oil, and chemicals.

Transparent facestock: 2 mil
Total label thickness including laminate: 3.1-3.4 mil
Total label thickness including backing: 5.21 – 5.51 mil

Adhesive

Features a clear permanent adhesive (S692N) that sticks well to various surfaces, including glass, plastic, and cardboard.

Minimum Application Temperature: 23° F
Service Temperature Range: -20° – 200° F
Not designed for outdoor use

Minimum Size: .5” x .5” (labels smaller than 1” must be set up with standard 1/8” insets)
Maximum Size: 11” x 14”

Roll Finishing Options

Clear Labels are finished on paper backing rolls with customizable rewind directions: top first, bottom first, right side first, or left side first. This allows for compatibility with various label application machines.

Artwork Setup Guidelines
