If you're located near Longmont, Colorado, you're in luck—StickerGiant offers a convenient local pick-up option! Instead of waiting for shipping, you can pick up your completed order right from our facility. This article walks you through everything you need to know: from where we’re located, to when you can come by, and how to find your order.

Where to Pick Up Your Order

When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll find it in our red customer pickup bin located just outside the building. It’s an easy, no-contact solution for grabbing your custom stickers or labels on your schedule.

Customer Pick Up Hours

You can pick up your order during the following times:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Please plan to arrive during business hours—we’re unable to provide pickup access outside of these times.

How It Works

  1. Select "Pick Up" at Checkout

  2. Wait for the "Your Order is Ready" Notification
    You’ll receive an email letting you know your order is complete and ready for pickup.

  3. Pick Up from the Red Customer Pick-Up Bin
    Head to our location and look for the red bin outside. Your order will be labeled and ready to goCustomerPickup-3.jpg
  4. No Need to Check In
    This is a self-serve pickup bin—no need to ring the bell or talk to our team.
  5. If you don’t see your order in the bin, it may be inside in a larger package. You can give us a call at 866-774-7900, and someone will come out to meet you with your order!

Helpful Reminders

  • Please only come to pick up after receiving your pickup notification.
  • Orders not picked up within 7 business days may be moved back inside, so give us a call if you’re running behind.
  • For large or specialty orders, our Customer Service Team may contact you with alternate pickup instructions.
