What Is Rush Production?

Rush Production is the perfect solution for businesses and event planners who need their custom stickers and labels produced faster. By selecting Rush Production at checkout, your order will be prioritized in both the artwork review process and manufacturing, ensuring that it gets printed and shipped the Next Business Day after proof approval.

If you're on a tight deadline and need a fast turnaround, Rush Production ensures your order is expedited through our system. However, it's important to understand what it includes—and what it doesn’t.

How Does Rush Production Work?

Selecting Rush Production at Checkout

Adding Rush Production to your order is simple. When placing an order and adding items to your cart, you will have the option to select Rush Production before checkout.

A few key things to note:

• Rush Production applies to the entire order. If you need only one item rushed from a multi-part order, you must place a separate order with Rush Production selected for the single item you need rushed.
• Rush Production does not include expedited shipping. Customers who need faster delivery must select and pay for expedited shipping separately.
• Rush Production is subject to artwork approval—delays in proof approval may impact turnaround time.
• Rush Production is not applicable to orders containing Waterless Tattoos.
• Rush Production is available based on availability and our current production workload. If the Rush Production option does not show on the website, it may not be available for that day. Reach out to our Customer Service Team to go over your options! 

Rush Production Timeline & Process

1. Order Placement & Artwork Review

Once you place an order with Rush Production, it will be prioritized in our Art Queue. This means:

• If there are any artwork issues, our team will quickly review them and communicate with you to resolve them.
• If your artwork meets all requirements, your order will move to the next step in the process.

2. Proof Approval

Once your proof is ready, you’ll need to review and approve it as soon as possible.

• You will receive an email when your proof is ready for approval.
• Your order will not proceed to production until the proof is approved.
• If you are not able to approve your proof right away, this will delay the turnaround of your order, and we will not be able to provide next-day turnaround.

3. Priority Manufacturing

Once your proof is approved:

• Your order will be prioritized by all necessary teams, which helps move it through the manufacturing process faster.
• Your order will ship from our facility one business day after you approve your proof.

Rush Production vs. Expedited Shipping

Rush Production speeds up the manufacturing process, but it does not affect the shipping speed.

If you need your stickers or labels to arrive quickly, consider adding Next Day Air (NDA) or expedited shipping at checkout. These options are an additional cost and must be selected separately.

If you are located within Colorado, consider Customer Pick-Up to receive your items even sooner.

Rush Production comes at a premium due to the expedited handling and prioritization in our production process.

This fee ensures your order gets priority processing, proofing, and manufacturing for the fastest turnaround possible.
