Start with Your Artwork:

Send us your design in PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG, or TIFF format. Vector files are preferred, but our Art Team reviews every file and provides free artwork setup if adjustments are needed.

Custom Cut Line Magic:

Our Art Team builds a custom cut line that follows the shape of your artwork, capturing the details that make your design unique.

Keep in mind that our laser cutters require a minimum 0.04" corner radius. If your design includes extremely sharp points or tight inside corners, Clear Stickers or Clear Labels are often the best option. The clear material creates the border instead of a white outline, preserving the appearance of sharp edges.

Proof It to Perfection

Before production begins, you'll receive a digital proof showing the artwork, cut line, and overall layout. Review everything carefully, and if you'd like any changes, we'll update it before printing. 

We Print & Precision Cut 

Once approved, we print your design in vibrant full CMYK color on premium materials with your choice of Glossy or Matte finish. Looking for something even more eye-catching? Holographic, Glitter, and Glow-in-the-Dark materials are also available.

Every order is precision laser cut to match your custom shape for clean, accurate edges.
