Can I Change My Shipping Address After I've Approved My Proof?

Life happens—plans change, and the address you thought you'd be shipping to isn’t where you’ll be after all. We totally get it! If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, we’re here to help set you up for success.

That said, once your order leaves our facility, our ability to make changes is limited. But don’t worry! The easiest way to update your shipping address after your proof is approved is by using a UPS My Choice® Account. It’s a quick and convenient tool to reroute packages or make delivery adjustments when life throws you a curveball.

First things first: verify your order status by going to the My Orders page.

What If I Haven’t Approved My Proof Yet?

If your proof hasn’t been approved, we can still make changes to your shipping address—no UPS account required! Just reach out to our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

Our team will verify your updated address and ensure it’s applied to your order before it ships. The sooner you reach out, the easier it is for us to help!

Remember, once your proof is approved, changes will need to be made through UPS using a My Choice® account.

My Proof Has Been Approved: UPS My Choice® Account

We primarily ship all orders through our trusted partnership with UPS. While there are a few exceptions to this, the easiest way to change the address on your order will be to utilize the UPS website and create a My Choice® account. This is a FREE service that UPS provides, which allows you to change your delivery address, add notes for your delivery driver, and so much more!

How to create a UPS My Choice® Account:

First, head to the UPS website. You’ll want to scroll down on the main home page until you see the Quick Links. From there, select the UPS My Choice® Login option.

Description automatically generated If you don’t already have a profile, you’ll need to sign up here. You will need to verify your email address in order to complete your sign-up. UPS may ask you a few questions about how you intend to utilize their services, but you can also click the Set Up Later option if you would like to skip this portion. 

Navigate to your Dashboard to see all packages. If you’ve used the same email and phone number between your StickerGiant account and UPS My Choice® account, your StickerGiant package may appear on your dashboard. If it does not, use the tracking number provided on your My Orders page or Shipping Confirmation emails to search for your package

Description automatically generated Once you’ve selected your package, select “Delivery Options”. Follow the prompts to reroute your package to a new location or to change the delivery date.

Along with changing your shipping address, you can use My Choice to request UPS to hold your package for up to 7 days, request UPS to leave your package with a neighbor, or have UPS reroute your package to a UPS location to pick up from.
