How Do I Add Special Requests To My Order?

We understand that every order is unique, and we want to help you get your stickers or labels exactly as you need them. Whether you require specific roll quantities, roll diameter preferences, or special design effects like glitter or holographic material, you can easily include these details when placing your order using our Special Instructions field.

By adding your request at the time of submission, we ensure your notes stay with your order through proofing, printing, cutting, packaging, and shipping, making the production process as smooth as possible.

Where to Add Special Instructions

You can enter your special requests in the Special Instructions box, located directly below the Artwork File Upload button on the product page when placing your order.

This is the place to specify details like:

  • Roll quantities for labels (e.g., “Please pack labels in rolls of 250.”)
  • Maximum roll diameter (e.g., “Keep roll diameter under 6 inches.”)
  • Flush to one side (e.g., “Align labels flush to the bottom of the core.”)
  • Design effect requests (e.g., “Make the logo holographic, but keep the text solid.”)

Note: If you have a bundling request for stickers  outside of our standard of ~200 per pack, or a roll quantity request below our minimum quantity of 125, a bundling fee may be required. Contact our Accounts Team to discuss your needs!

Adding these details ensures that we can meet your expectations without delays or modifications after production begins.

What If I Forgot to Add a Note?

If you forgot to include a special request, don’t worry! Our Customer Service Team is available to help. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update your order.

Can I Make Changes After My Order Has Been Placed?

  • Yes, but keep in mind that modifications may cause proofing or production delays.
  • Changes to a custom order are limited once production has started.
  • If your request is urgent, reach out to Customer Service right away.

Reorders with Special Requests

If you're placing a reorder and need to include special instructions, we recommend placing a new order instead of using the reorder button. Even if your original order had the needed notes included, we will need those notes added again for any reorders.

  • Reorders go straight to production, meaning there’s no opportunity to add or verify special instructions. 
  • By placing a new order, you ensure that your request is properly included.
  • If you need help replicating a previous order with changes, our Customer Service Team is happy to assist.
