If you have an account with StickerGiant.com but are not able to login, here are the steps to take to troubleshoot the problem.
Resetting your password
From the homepage of StickerGiant.com, hover over “My Account” in the upper right hand corner of the page
Click on “Log In”
Select “Forgot Your Password?”
Enter the email address associated with your StickerGiant account and click “Reset My Password”
You will be redirected to the log in page with a notice at the top that an email has been sent with further instructions
Troubleshooting your password reset
If this does not work, or you are not receiving the email, these next steps can be taken:
Ensure the email address being entered is typed in correctly
- If it is, search for StickerGiant in your email. Check any spam folders, filters, or trash, and confirm that support@stickergiant.com is added to your contacts list (or approved senders list)
If you are using a company domain, confirm with your IT team that there is not a block on that domain
