From the homepage of StickerGiant.com, hover over “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Click on “Log In”.
Select “Forgot Your Password?”
Enter the email address associated with your StickerGiant account and click “Reset My Password”.
You will be redirected to the login page with a notice at the top that an email has been sent with further instructions. If no account has been created with this email, no reset password email will arrive. Create an account to get started.
Troubleshooting Your Password Reset
If the system doesn’t recognize your email or you are not receiving the password reset email:
- Ensure the email address being entered is typed correctly.
- Search for StickerGiant in your email (checking any spam folders, filters, or trash) and confirm that support@stickergiant.com is added as an approved sender.
- If you are using a company domain, confirm with your IT team that there is no block on that domain
If all of these have been checked, you can create a New Account or contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
