If you're tax-exempt—whether due to your nonprofit status, educational institution, or resale business—you can take advantage of tax-free purchases when ordering from StickerGiant.

Though we do not offer discounts, wholesale, or reseller accounts, you can submit your tax-exempt certification online to apply for tax-free status on your orders. Remember to check that the certificate is valid in the state you’re purchasing from, as tax exemptions vary by state.

Option 1: Submit via Your Account

1. Log in to Your Account: Don't have one? Create an account first.
2. Please Navigate to the Tax Certificate Page: Go to our website's designated tax certificate page.
3. Upload Your Certificate: Follow the prompts to upload your exemption form.
   • Select the state or territory you are shipping to.
   • Some states will pull a prefilled, uneditable form. These fields may contain incorrect information, but don’t worry! We’ll be able to change those once you submit your form.(Alternatively, you can use Option 2: Submit During Checkout below to correct the address autofill.)
   • Continue by hitting “Save and Continue”. 
4. Sign and Submit for Review: Complete the form, sign it, and submit it.

Pro Tip: Upload certificates for each state where you plan to make tax-exempt purchases. The shipping address during checkout must match the state on the certificate for the exemption to apply. 

Option 2: Submit During Checkout

1. Add Items to Your Cart: Select your stickers or labels, and proceed to checkout.
2. Confirm Shipping Details: Ensure your shipping address is correct.
3. Click the "Upload Your Certificate" option available under your order total.            
4. Complete the Form or Upload the Certificate: Either manually fill out the form or directly upload your tax-exempt documentation.

Wait for Approval

After submission, our finance team will take a couple of business days to review your certificate. During this time, the status may show as “pending” while under review. Once approved, your tax status updates, and any taxes paid on past orders will be refunded.
