Our website used to have a page to manage address data. For your convenience, addresses are now managed as part of the checkout process. 

Reference the steps below to learn how to change your shipping or billing address data during checkout.

How To Manage Shipping and Billing Addresses

StickerGiant customers can manage both shipping and billing addresses during checkout. Let's take a closer look at each of them.

Add a New Shipping Address

If it’s your first time going through checkout, the first step in the Shipping Address section is to add a new shipping address by filling out the given form.

Shopped with us before? All addresses saved to the account are listed under the Shipping Address section.

Add a new address by clicking “+ Add New Address” beneath the list of saved addresses. This will open the same form every time you need to add a new address.

By default, all new addresses will be saved to the account. Remove the checkbox if it is a one-time address.

The required fields are:

  • Country
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address 1
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Phone Number

Search for an address by starting to type the address into the Address 1 box or select it from the drop-down suggestions. You could also keep typing to add it again.

After all required fields are complete, click Save and Continue.

You may be presented with a suggestion from Google Maps to select a verified address. You can choose to update the address or change it to the original one you submitted.

Edit a Shipping Address

The addresses saved on the account are listed in the Shipping Address section. Need to make changes to an address? Click the pencil icon for that address to activate edit mode.

When in edit mode, you can change all address data. Changes are only saved when you click Save and Continue. If you don’t want to save the changes, click Cancel instead.

Remove a Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be removed from the Checkout page account.

To remove an address, please email our Customer Success team or connect with us via chat.

Add a New Billing Address

To access the Billing Address information during Checkout, please select a shipping address and a delivery option. Then, verify that the payment method is Credit Card, and you’ll see the Billing Details section.

Select “Same as shipping address” to copy the data selected in the Shipping Address section and use it for the billing address.

Select “Use a different billing address” to add a new address.

The required fields are:

 

  • Country
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address 1
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code

Save the billing address info by selecting “Review Your Order”.

Edit an Existing Billing Address

Billing addresses cannot be edited on the Checkout page account.

To edit an address, please email our Customer Success team or connect with us via chat.

Remove a Billing Address

Billing addresses cannot be removed from the Checkout page account.

Hide StickerGiant Branding – AKA Blind Ship or Drop Ship Addresses

If you want to send an order somewhere without displaying StickerGiant branding, head to the Delivery Options section of Checkout.

Select the checkbox next to “Hide StickerGiant Branding”.

Then, you’ll be required to select a billing address in the Payment section, even if you choose to pay with a payment method other than credit card.

The address details used as the billing address will be re-purposed as the “shipped from” or “return address” when this checkbox is selected.

Guest Checkout

Expecting to see your address data saved on your account? First, check to make sure you’re logged in.

If you check out without creating an account or signing in, then address data will not be saved. You’ll have to complete the shipping and billing address data every time you use Guest Checkout. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are unable to edit or change any addresses after they have left our facility. You will need to contact the shipping vendor, typically UPS, to do so.
