Shipping addresses are managed as part of the checkout process. Occasionally, our customers need to send their orders somewhere they’ve never sent them before, or there was a mix-up and the shipping address entered isn’t correct. Here are some steps you can take to make sure your stickers are going exactly where they are meant to.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are unable to edit or change any addresses after they have left our facility. If the shipping address listed in your order is not correct and needs to be changed, Reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can look into your options. 

Add a New Shipping Address

If it’s your first time going through checkout, you will need to fill in a new shipping address. That address will be saved to your StickerGiant account, as well as any other addresses you use in the future, and can be selected instead of reentered on subsequent orders.  

If you are using Guest Checkout, that address will not be saved, and you will have to reenter your shipping and billing address on future orders. 

• Add a new address by clicking “+ Add New Address”. 
• Search for an address by starting to type into the Address 1 box. Suggestions will begin to appear beneath the text box based on the information you’ve provided. 
• You can select it from the drop-down suggestions if you see the correct address, or finish typing in the full address yourself. 
• By default, all new addresses will be saved to the account. Remove the checkbox if it is a one-time address. 
• After all required fields are complete, click Save and Continue. 

You may be presented with a suggestion from Google Maps to select a verified address. This is often prompted when there are small differences between the address you entered and how it appears in a navigation system. Things like extended zip codes, capitalization, or other small variances. You can choose to update the address or select to keep the address as you’ve written it.

Edit a Shipping Address

The addresses saved on the account are listed in the shipping address section under the “My Account” tab on the website. From there, you can see all of your saved addresses. 

You can add new addresses from this page as well. Activate edit mode by clicking the pencil icon for that address. When in edit mode, you can change all address data. Changes are only saved when you click Save and Continue.
