Because StickerGiant offers any custom size between 0.5" x 0.5" and 11" x 14" and because we do not have your physical product in hand, we aren't able to provide a specific size suggestion for you. Product labels often have specific size requirements, and incorrectly sized labels can convey the wrong message for your brand. 

Since this is such an important decision, closely measure your product and check on any regulatory requirements before ordering or approving your proof. Use a piece of paper cut to the size of the to-be-labeled area to map out the size and shape you'd like your label to be.

If thinking about the size of your custom stickers in terms of inches and dimensions is hard to visualize, here are a few size comparisons to things we see all the time:

• A quarter is about 1 inch in diameter. This size works great for supporting branding labels or small, easy-to-hand-out stickers.
• An Oreo cookie is about 2 inches in diameter. This size is easily visible and will be seen if applied to the back of a phone or laptop.
• Standard business cards are usually 2" x 3" inches, and ovals and rectangles in this size are popular options. This size is easy to share at events to get your logo out in the world and works well to label a variety of package sizes for versatility in your branding.

Sizes For Custom Shape Stickers

Custom shapes that break the mold of symmetrical designs can be tricky to fit into a common size. Choose “Custom Shape” when ordering your product, and let us know the sizes you want your stickers or labels to be in the “width” and “height” fields. We’ll base the finished size of your sticker on your artwork, proofing as closely as we can to your originally requested size, but preserving the proportions of the provided artwork.

How our Art Team will size your Label Artwork

If you have placed an order for a Label and have provided artwork that is set up perfectly with our inset and bleed requirements in mind, our art team will proof your label based on the size provided in the art file, rather than the size ordered during checkout. If there are any discrepancies between the two, they will send a note along with the proof of this adjustment. We ask all customers to check their proofs closely for size issues, to ensure that the labels you receive from us fit your product perfectly!
