Once your StickerGiant order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also find your tracking information anytime by signing in to your StickerGiant account and viewing your order history.
Option 1: Find Your Tracking Number in My Orders
The easiest way to track your shipment is through your StickerGiant account.
- Log in to your account at StickerGiant.com
- Navigate to the My Orders page.
- Find the order you'd like to track.
- Click View Details to open your order information.
- If your order has shipped, your tracking number, shipping carrier, and tracking link will be displayed.
If your order is still being printed or prepared for shipment, tracking information won't appear until the package has been picked up by the carrier.
Option 2: Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email
If you checked out as a guest or haven't created a StickerGiant account yet, don't worry—you'll still receive tracking information by email.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the email address used during checkout. This email includes:
- Your tracking number
- The shipping carrier
- A link to track your shipment
- Your shipped order details
If you don't see the email, be sure to:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Search your inbox for "StickerGiant" or "Your order has shipped."
- Verify you're checking the same email address used to place your order.
Why Don't I See a Tracking Number Yet?
Tracking information is only available after your order has shipped.
If your order status is still listed as laying out for print, printing, cutting, or finishing, your tracking number hasn't been generated yet. Once the carrier scans your package, your tracking information will automatically appear in your account, and your shipping confirmation email will be sent.
