Free Shipping and Standard Delivery Options
We love to make custom stickers and labels FAST! That’s why we offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the U.S. Free shipping doesn’t always apply to orders sent to Canada, Mexico, or U.S. territories, so plan accordingly.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses, and APO/FPO/DPO Locations
StickerGiant ensures your packages can reach specialized addresses:
- P.O. Boxes: If your order needs to go to a P.O. box, we’ll take care of it using USPS. Be sure to let us know when you place your order.
- APO/FPO/DPO and Military Addresses: Orders sent to these addresses will also ship via USPS. Just note that international military addresses may take longer to arrive. Our shipping options on the website may not show APO states properly, so reach out to our Customer Service team, and they'll walk you through placing your order with the correct address. As always, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Need It Faster? Expedited and Overnight Shipping
For those urgent deadlines, StickerGiant offers Expedited options during checkout for an additional fee. Keep in mind that expedited shipping covers shipping time, not production time. Make sure to factor in our production schedule before selecting expedited delivery. Check out our production timeline here.
If you need your items even faster, we now have a Rush Production option as well as expedited shipping.
International Shipping Made Easy
Looking to ship internationally? We offer delivery to:
- Canada
- Mexico
- U.S. Territories: Including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
Pro tip: International orders must pass through customs, so even with expedited shipping, please allow at least two business days for delivery.
Split Shipping, Drop Shipping and UPS Business Accounts: What to Know
At this time, StickerGiant does not offer split shipping. If you need orders sent to multiple locations, you’ll need to place a separate order for each destination. Our customer service team would be happy to assist you with setting up your carts for each destination for easy ordering!
Currently, we cannot ship using customer-provided FedEx or UPS accounts, or using a pre-paid UPS label. We’re happy to accommodate special shipping labels for events or warehouse deliveries, however. For instance, if your order needs to arrive at a convention or expo center, simply let us know the details in your special instructions box during checkout, send any PDFs or documents to our customer support team, and we'll make sure our shipping team includes those labels for proper delivery.
Shipping Reroutes
If your address needs to be changed after your order has shipped, we may be able to reroute your package for an additional fee. Reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can look into your options.
