The largest size we can print for all stickers and labels is 11" x 14". The smallest size depends on your product. Individually cut stickers have a minimum size of 1" x 1", but stickers on rolls and most label products can go down to 0.5" x 0.5" in size. Backprinted Stickers and labels with PET Backing both have a minimum size of 2" x 2". Waterless Tattoos are only available in stock sizes, 1.5" x 1.5" being the smallest and 4" x 6" being the largest.

Just make sure your design is built at a high enough resolution (at least 300 dpi at 11" x 14") to ensure the best quality.

Kiss Cut Stickers and Labels

The smallest size we offer for our Kiss Cut Stickers and Label products is 0.5" x 0.5". These are ideal for tiny logos or minimalist designs that still need to make a big impression.

Die Cut Stickers

For Die Cut Stickers—including our specialty options like Holographic, Glitter, Glow in the Dark, and Clear —the minimum size starts at 1" x 1". This format is perfect for custom-shaped designs that pack a punch despite their small size.

Waterless Tattoos

Waterless Temporary Tattoos are a popular choice for events or promotional giveaways. These use set stock sizes, with the smallest available size being 1.5" x 1.5", and the largest option at 4" x 6".

Importance of Margins in Sticker Design

Margins play a critical role in ensuring your design is printed flawlessly. At StickerGiant, we include a standard 1/8" margin for all sticker and label sizes to account for cutting and finishing processes. In some scenarios, we can go down to a 1/16" safety margin.
