For all new orders, yes! You will always receive a digital proof to approve before we begin printing. We want to make sure your sticker turns out as awesome as you expect it to! Be sure to check over that proof for even the most minute details - Is the size correct? Does the text layout how you like? How do the colors look? If there is anything that doesn't seem right, our Customer Service Team is waiting to assist you with any changes you may need! 

Our Production Process

When we receive your art, our Graphic Production Artists get to work, and they are fast! Expect a proof within a day or two. Our Art Team will lay out your stickers and prep them to print in an electronic PDF proof and email it to you. Nothing is sent to print without your approval! If it's not exactly how you want it, request a revision and we'll make sure we edit to your needs. You can also view any items through your My Orders page on the website to check in on their status or to approve or request changes on the proofs.

Reorder Production 

For reorder items, you will typically not receive a proof to approve. Once an item's proof has been approved, we trust that if you're reordering it again, you want it to arrive the same as before! Those items should skip your inbox and go straight to production.

Please note, that some reorder items do require a new proof approval for various reasons. Make sure to double-check your inbox and your My Orders page to make sure the status of your items is in production versus waiting for artwork to process!
