That’s why every new sticker or label order from StickerGiant includes a digital proof—so you can see exactly how your product will look and request any changes before we hit the presses. In this article, we’ll walk you through how our proofing process works and what to expect for both new orders and reorders.

Digital Proofs for New Sticker Orders

Once you upload your artwork, our Graphic Production Artists quickly get to work. Within one to two business days, you’ll receive a digital proof via email. This proof shows exactly how your sticker will print—layout, sizing, cut lines, and all.

Be sure to check your proof carefully:

• Is the sticker size correct?
• Are all fonts and text positioned the way you intended?
• Do the colors look right on screen?

If anything looks off, don’t worry—just request a revision. Our Customer Support Team is here to help you get it just right. No sticker moves to production without your final approval.

You can also monitor your proof status and approve or request changes directly from your Order Status page.

What Happens After You Approve?

As soon as you approve your proof, your sticker moves straight into production. This ensures a fast turnaround while keeping you in full control of your final design. We don’t print anything unless you say it’s good to go!

Do Reorders Require Proof Approval?

In most cases, no proof is needed for reorders. Once you’ve approved a design, we assume you're happy with it—so reorders skip the proofing step and head directly to production.

Exceptions may apply. Occasionally, a reorder may require a new proof. To be sure, always check your email and your My Orders page. If a reorder is waiting for approval, you’ll be able to view and approve the proof just like you did the first time.
