What should I do if something happens to my stickers or labels in shipment?

Sometimes things don't go quite as planned once a package leaves our doors. We work closely with our shipping partners to get it right and are here to help when something out of the ordinary happens during the shipping process. Let us know within 30 days of your expected delivery date, or quoted date of delivery for expedited orders, if anything was damaged in shipment, arrived late, or was lost in the delivery process. We'll do what we can to help!

We work closely with our shipping partners, especially in instances where the unfortunate happens. We recommend adding in at least 1 extra day for shipping turnaround to allow for those “just in case” scenarios.
